| Cheese Spread
Serve on bread, with chips, pr as a dip.
Blend in a blender till creamy, about 1 minute
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
Add as needed for smooth blending

- 1/3 cup chopped sweet red pepper or pimiento
(not pickled)
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Pour into a saucepan and heat.
Stir constantly
to keep sauce from burning.
