Personal Testimonials about our programBro. Luke, The generations (Picture) was taken the summer before we met. I praise God for giving me a testimony to share. Nicole "Nicci" Holmes

Hi Brother Luke, It’s with God’s blessings in my heart and the sound of praise on my lips that I am sending you this testimony. As you know that I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2000, and was taking metformin 1000mg BID then decreased to 500mg BID, I was also suppose to be taking ASA 81 mg daily and Niacin. After I started your program, I began to see changes; I lost twenty five pounds and kept it off successfully. I went to the doctor in May of 2004 and my HDL was low, my LDL was normal and A1c was with normal limits for a diabetic. I kept on the diet, praying and trusting God and going on in faith. I did not return to the doctor for a check up since that time, because I have kept in very good health and I have been feeling very good. I went in on the day before my birthday on March 8, for my annual check up (diabetics are suppose to see the doctor every three months, so you see I have been long over due). During my short visit and assessment the doctor stated so you are taking Aspirin, Metformin, and Niacin I responded, I am not taking any medication and have not taken any medication for almost two years. She became very upset and stated when did you stop taking your medication and did not let me know? I have lost control of your care. I replied Dr. you were never in control. I am not your typical patient. I know how to take of myself. I am doing everything right. I don’t drink juice, I don’t eat meat, I don’t use butter or fried foods, and I exercise daily. What do you mean that I have lost control? She looked at my family history and said you mother died of a stroke my immediate response was my mother was not diabetic. I had to get blood drawn for the labs, so I told her my glucose levels will not be fasting, because I had eaten breakfast; this made her even more upset, and I told her what I had for breakfast should not send my blood glucose level up too high. I told her that I had for breakfast: Whole Wheat toast and oat meal with soy milk. Sis. Dorothy
Quinton Fletcher Since July, 26, 2007, as a Pastor, I recommitted to adhering to the eight laws of health as a result of James Luke and his team conducting a city-wide Health Seminar in my city. As of February 4, 2008, I have lost 95 pounds in 6 months. How did I do it? By power walking seven days a week at least an hour, working in the yard, and often walking 18 holes of golf two or three times a week, eating a balanced total vegetarian diet on schedule in the proper order,
drinking only but water at the appropriate time, prayer and study of God’s word daily, and weighing in once a week. God’s plan really works! Bro. Luke is the only one I know, and I am an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, who teaches it exactly in accordance with Ellen White, medical research, and the Bible. My whole family came down with a bad infestation of scabies. We went to the doctor and was prescribed a cream which we later found out was an insecticide. Thank you for telling us about the tea tree oil. We used the oil, and in no time the infestation was gone. The side effects alone from the insecticide cream we were prescribed were worse than the scabies. Mel, Florida
My son was diagnosed with anemia; he had a low blood count of 7 and falling. The doctor prescribed iron for him, but not only did it stain his teeth—it also made him constipated. By following the simple remedies you told me about, his blood went from 7 to 10 which were normal in only three weeks. Thank you so much. I would have never known that Black Strap Molasses was the third leading source of iron. I did exactly what you told me "one tablespoon twice a day". Thank you once again. The Doctor could not believe how quick he got his blood count back up. Kim, Orlando, FL
Hello James, You probably have seen my number on your caller ID. I had just gotten a call from my doctor's office and I wanted to touch base with you. I wanted to tell you to keep up the good work you're doing. And thank you. It was depressing when my doctor told me that I would "always be a diabetic." That was in late 2004. After the prescription medication (Fortamet) nearly killed me some months ago, it was nice to hear a different pronouncement from the same doctor's office yesterday. The nurse called to tell me that my blood glucose was now normal. There was no mention of any medication. What puzzles me is that my doctor never asked about my diet. He doesn't know that I still have more than half of the first (and only) batch of pills he prescribed sitting on my counter today. In March 2005, my doctor gave me 1000mg of Fortamet (metformin) twice per day. I soon found out it was an overdose, since it was my first time on the medication. It made me sick. After a few days on the medication, I could hardly go upstairs by myself. When I called the office, they cut the dosage in half (i.e. 1000mg once per day), but I stil had diarrhea and I was still weak. It was later in 2005 that you did the Health by Choice Not by Chance seminar in Duluth. The dietary and lifestyle changes of eating "like a king at breakfast", "like a prince at lunch," and "like a pauper at dinner," exercise, getting enough rest by going to bed early, plus the natural herbs you recommended completely did it for me. Would you believe that I have not had an abnormal blood glucose reading in months - fasting nor postprandial! At first, I thought my meter was bad, so I went and got another (different) brand. They showed the same thing. After seeing all these good results since late last year, I boldly went and did a full physical exam. My doctor said what the good Lord promised, "normal blood glucose level". But there is something else - a plus. I am feeling stronger and healthier today. Ask my wife. In fact, I will boldly tell anyone that following the eight health principles is the best practice for wellness and longevity. Thank you again.
P.S. The insurance company that refused me for my company's key-member plan has accepted me in the plan (though at a higher premium, reviewable in a year's time). I am sure that premium will be "normalized" in a few months. Bentley
Hi James, I just got back my medical report from my checkup last week. A1c = 5.3%, total cholesterol = 143 mg/dL, LDL = 85 mg/dL. Isn't God good? Your program is heaven-sent. -- Bentley
Hi, James, Sorry I missed your call. I've attached my testimony on my improved vision and Ed's records since the last time I sent them to you. You can use my testimony on your web site if you'd like. Improved Vision I am extremely nearsighted and have astigmatism. I started wearing glasses in third grade although I probably should have had them long before starting school. Exams through the years usually resulted in having to get stronger lenses, never weaker. I can remember two times that the nearsightedness improved a little, but both times the astigmatism was worse. During your counseling in June 2005, you suggested that I take Bilberry Extract supplements for eye health along with continuing the Health by Choice Not by Chance program that I was already doing. I have been taking two capsules a day since then. By April 2006, I was really struggling to see properly with the glasses I had, so I went for an eye exam. I was thrilled to learn that for the first time I could remember, I was actually able to get weaker lenses for both nearsightedness and astigmatism. Thank you! -Nancy, Illinois Here is a summary of what we eat: Breakfast, 7 a.m. Lunch, 12:30 p.m. Supper, between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
